For this edition, I led the creative direction and hands-on development of a complete event lifecycle communication system, connecting the digital platform, email, WhatsApp, social media, motion and live-event touchpoints into one consistent experience. I also led and coordinated a multidisciplinary team involving web designers, motion designers, copywriters, external design studios and production partners.
The result was a cohesive multi-channel journey that made a complex event easier to navigate and gave every stage a clear message, action and role within the overall experience.
